My name is Sarah and I am a Registered Massage Therapist and Licensed Esthetician with over 14 years of experience in the wellness industry, now offering all treatments under L’Auberge des Collines Inc.

Throughout my own wellness journey, I’ve learned that massage and bodywork are far more than physical treatments—they are gateways to healing on every level. By creating a safe, supportive space infused with warm towels, a heated table, calming aromas, and soothing sounds, the body can soften, release, and open to deep physical, emotional, and energetic restoration.

Each session is designed to invite you to slow down, reconnect, and let go of what no longer serves you. Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, easing discomfort, or simply craving time to recharge, my intention is to nurture your whole self—body, mind, and spirit—so you leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more aligned.
