Rooted in traditional Hawaiian practice, Lomi Lomi is more than a massage; it is a deeply integrative experience that supports healing on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. It works to release blockages within the body, restoring natural flow and balance.

Unlike traditional techniques that focus on isolated areas, this treatment moves seamlessly across the entire body in long, rhythmic, wave-like strokes — echoing the movement of the ocean. Using forearms, hands, and elbows, the therapist creates a continuous, nurturing flow that stimulates circulation, supports detoxification, and encourages deep relaxation.

Both the upper and underside of the body are treated, creating a sense of wholeness and connection throughout. Warm coconut oil is generously applied to nourish the skin and enhance the fluidity of movement. Disposable underwear is provided for comfort.
